When you submit a partnership inquiry, we collect the details you provide — name, business, contact information, and any message you share. When we operate on-site at a venue, guests may voluntarily be photographed. Guest photos are captured only with their participation.
How we use information
Inquiry details are used to respond to your request and evaluate fit. Guest photos are used to fulfill souvenir orders and are not used for advertising without explicit consent.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, payment processing) and only as needed to provide the service.
Data retention
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the business relationship. Guest photo data is retained per venue agreement.
